I currently offer private pay online sessions Tuesdays & Thursdays (day & early evening) and Friday late mornings. Let’s find a time that works!

All therapy sessions are currently offered virtually, providing you with the flexibility to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're at home, at work, or anywhere in between, online therapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental health without the stress of commuting. Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your confidentiality and comfort. I am not currently accepting insurance. However, I am happy to provide a detailed receipt, a superbill, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. I believe mental healthcare should be accessible for all. If you cannot pay the full amount, please speak to me. I can offer a sliding scale when needed.
